Personal Mastery, is a series of 3 modules, with the only purpose to shift your mindset, give you the tools required to feed your mind on your path to fulfilment.

I used to have this outdated version of success. I thought that success was going to be one big hit, that I would reach one day and the rest of my life would be sorted out. I was wrong.

With the years of experience, I realised that success isn't a one time thing. It's the accumulation of daily practice, of habits that creates different results into your life.

This program will unfold 3 of the most important daily practices the successful of this world apply in their life.

KNOWLEDGE vs ACTION

The habits I am about to share with you are very simple. To understand them won't require much work, however there is a big difference between knowing something and doing it.

The human potential is nearly limitless, we can do anything that we set our minds to however knowing this and acting on it is what determines the results. 

Personal Mastery, is to be studied but more importantly is to applied, implemented in your life otherwise you will NOT get any results.

As corny as it sounds, it applies to this program. The key to getting the most results out of this Personal Mastery, is to pace yourself, to take the time to understand each concept.

It could be tempting to fly through the modules, hoping to get the results at the end but with this program, it's a different learning curve. 

Take the time to listen, study, take notes, process the information and more importantly to IMPLEMENT the practices into your life and to adjust.

Just give it a go, not just for a day, give it a real go, what is there to loose?

Think about your life right now, what's the first thing that comes up?

Are you beat down, disappointed, frustrated because it's not exactly how you want it? 

OR, do you appreciate everything that you currently have and are determined to grow more?

PRACTICE

Write down as fast as you can, ALL the things you could be grateful for if you'd let yourself.

If you really wanted to, is there anything you could be proud of?

IMPLEMENT

Write down how you are going to Implement gratitude into your life. 

Be specific, is it going to be in the morning after your shower, at night before bed? 

Secondly, write down WHY you are committed to feel grateful every day.

VISION

YOUR BIOGRAPHY ≠ YOUR REALITY

VISION, is a term you have most definitely come across many times in your life but do you really understand its meaning?

It is not only a mere desire for something else, it the power to know that whatever is now, was yesterday doesn't have to be tomorrow.

What do you see for your business and your life?

Do you dare to aim for what you REALLY want?

PRACTICE

What is your VISION for your life? (personal, business, family, community, legacy)

Make it as clear and descriptive as possible.

Write it down, don't think too much just write.

IMPLEMENT

Write down how you are going to Implement VISION into your life. 

Be specific, when are you going to devote time to reflect on your VISION? 

Secondly, write down WHY you are committed to achieving it.

MILLION DOLLAR MORNING ROUTINE

THE ONLY WAY TO START THE DAY

YOUR HABITS = YOUR LIFE

If you want to finish the day strong, you have to start the day strong.

The levels of success that you have in your life right now, whether it's your body, your relationships or your business is a reflection of your habits. You have practices, habits that you do daily that are producing the results you have in your life, negative or positive.

So why leave anything up to chance? Why not take charge now, design habits that will produce better results? This is what the MILLION DOLLAR MORNING ROUTINE is all about.

ACCOUNTABILITY JOURNAL

Time to reflect on where you are right now. During this exercise, you MUST tell the truth but here's the thing, the only person you would be lying to is yourself, so be honest. 

Where are you currently with:

  • Exercise
  • Mindfulness
  • Reviewing your goals

On a 0 to 10, where would you see yourself ? 

IMPLEMENT

Now that you have gained clarity on where you are with regards to your morning routine practice, it's time to make new decisions and lay out a plan of action.

Are you committed to workout everyday? If so, what type of workout, how long, where and with who?

Are you committed to have a mindful practice? What type & how long?

Are you committed to review and act on your Goals? 

Lastly, I want you to write down all the reasons WHY you are committed to the MILLION DOLLAR MORNING ROUTINE.

Setting yourself up for Success

  • What are the most important resolutions/decisions/actions you are committed to implementing in your business/life in the next 90 days?
  • Write down the 5 biggest "Aha" moment using this program. What made you smile, laughed? What touched your heart? What made you think of your life or business in a new way?
  • Where were you in terms of your thinking about your life when you started the program?
  • How do you feel about your life now, after participating in this PERSONAL MASTERY?
  • What has the experience of this program meant to you? What did you get from this training and what will you do with it? What are you committed to do as a result of your experience? Why is it a "Must" for you to follow through?
