Mental Health Awareness Student Course (MHASC)

Your mind is an amazing and complex organ. Just as exercising, eating healthy, and sleeping are important for taking care of your body, your brain needs the same level of care and attention. Mental health can be a confusing and uncomfortable topic, but a greater understanding can help clear misconceptions and create a more welcoming and supportive environment for the conversation of mental health.

Trigger Warning: This course discusses sensitive topics, such as suicide, rape, and death.
