HR Policies( Leave policy, Work from Home, Employee Referral Program etc.)
HR Procedures (Appraisal cycle, Employee Benefits and Learning and Development process.)
Finance Team - Reimbursements, Bank account creation details, PF and Insurance.

You are eligible for 24 Leaves in an year and out of that 5 leaves can be carry forwarded which should be utilized in the first quarter of the next calendar year, any other leaves will lapse.

Topic 2: Insurance Coverage

Topic 3: Gratuity and Referral program
All employees after a minimum completion of 5 years of continuous employment.
Paid by the company to the employee on his retirement or termination of service after completion of 5 years of continuous service.
Gratuity is calculated as per the applicable law; which currently is 15 days of basic salary for each year of completed employment
Gratuity will start from October 2012 (being the legal incorporation date of JBara Software Pvt Ltd (Now Gainsight Software Pvt Ltd)) or your date of employment with the company whichever is later
