STEP One

Student Tailored Education Plan

The STEP (Student Tailored Education Plan) program has been designed to help you reach these aims learn, live, follow, and lead in the Lord’s way and become marketable for today’s and tomorrow’s workplace. You will develop these spiritual and professional competencies while living the Learning Pattern concepts and principles, and serving your peers, campus, and community. And as you discover, design, develop, and demonstrate transferable skills that are most sought after by employers in ever-changing and intensifying economies.

Career
