Kitchen Tools

You will need the following kitchen tools:

1. Mixing Spatula

2. One Medium Mixing Bowl

3. One Large Mixing Bowl

4. Measuring Cups

5. Measuring Spoons

6. Hand-held Mixer

7. Conventional Oven pre-heated to 350 degrees Ferenheit


One 8 oz Cream Cheese Package

1 Can of Spiced Flavoured Mashed Pumpkin

1 cup Sugar

1/2 tsp Salt

1 Whole Egg

2 Egg Yolks

1 cup Half and Half Cream

1/4 cup Melted Unsalted Butter

1 tsp Vanilla Extract

1 Prepared Frozen Pie Crust *defrosted as per package instructions

Canned Whip Cream (for garnishment)

Combine Wet Ingredients

Combine in a large mixing bowl using a mixing spatula one at a time the following wet ingredients:

  • Cream Cheese (at room temperature)
  • Canned mashed pumpkin
  • 1 cup of half and half cream
  • 1/4 cup of Melted Unsalted Butter
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1 whole egg and 2 egg yolks - already beaten separately

Using your hand mixer

Using a Hand Mixer

Pour 1 cup of sugar into the wet mixture and combine all ingredients until smooth.

Pour Filling into Pie Crust

Pour filling into pie crust

Your pie crust must be defrosted as per package instructions.


Carefully place your pumpkin pie

into your preheated oven at 350 degrees Fahrenheit

and bake for 50 minutes.

Finishing Touch

When at room temperature

you have the option of covering the top your pumpkin pie with whipped cream or served on the side with each slice.
