General Requirements for Admissibility
To be admissible, generally evidence must:
Be relevant (see Evidence Must be Relevant).
Be capable of authentication, if the evidence consists of documents, recordings, and other tangible items (see Documents and Other Tangible Evidence Must be Authenticated).
Comply with FRE 702 and FRE 703, if the evidence consists of expert witness testimony (see Expert Testimony Must Comply with FRE 702 and FRE 703).
Exclusion of Evidence
