This module covers everything you need to know about how performance is managed at Good Return and explains the feedback cycle and probationary periods.
The tool is used to understand your skills, capabilities and gaps in order to identify learning needs then measure a knowledge, skill or capability increase
This happens real time, driven by both you and your manager. First step is for you to assess yourself against a role-specific set of capabilities
Once your self-assessment is complete, your manager assesses each again in conversation with you. Any variances are discussed and an opportunity given to you to provide supporting evidence
•Competency ratings are classified as ‘Entry Level’, ‘Working Knowledge’, ‘Developing’, ‘Developed’, ‘Advanced’, ”Expert”, and ‘No Basis’ - any rating of ‘Developing’ and below is identified as a potential competency gap
Good Return staff and volunteers will have access to over 300 courses provided by Cornerstone NotForProfit. These courses are specifically aimed at those working in the not for profit sector and provide a wide range of industry specific topics and soft skills .
