Your Manager will send a notification email once your leave request has been reviewed.

Availability

Updating your Availability

This section is only relevant for Casual Staff.

By entering your availability into TimeTarget your Supervisor can see your availability overlaid as they build your Roster

From the Employee menu, select Leave / Availability

Your calendar has two sections;

The top section is the calendar, use this section when marking a particular date as unavailable

The bottom section is for Reoccurring availability, use this section if you're unavailable at the same time every week

Click on the date/day you want to edit. You can do multiple dates/days in a row by clicking and dragging. The selected dates or days appear in dark grey, see 13 - 19 March above for example.

Then click the Edit button in the top right hand corner.

You can ignore the Leave section on the screen, that's only used for Leave as shown in the previous section.

SPLITS - this section allows you to indicate that you're unavailable for part of the day, to use this section type the times into the Start Time / End Time fields above and then click the Unavailable button under the Splits heading. Then click the Save button at the bottom.

FULL DAY - this section allows you to indicate that you're unavailable to work for the entire day. Click the Unavailable button under the Full Day heading and then click Save at the bottom.

Your Supervisor may indicate key dates on your calendar called Blockouts.

A Gray-out is a busy time when all staff need to be available. 

A Black-out is a crucial date when no staff can submit unavailability. To be unavailable over this period you need to talk to your Supervisor instead of submitting it through TimeTarget.
