Advantages Of Collaborative Working

Advantages

  • Collaborative software improves learning efficiency. Having multiple people working on the same project at once saves times on tasks such as note making.

  • Collaborative software also offers better communication within a task, all users are able to view any changes to the document in real time.

  • Using the same document (and the same software) negates any compatibility issues that may arise if transferring documents to all collaborators.

  • Most software, such as google docs, is free and offers as much functionality as industry software such as Microsoft Word.

  • Improved team management, having everything in one place keeps everything focused and prevents confusion.
