Live With Honor

Live With Honor

“We believe in being honest, true, chaste, benevolent, virtuous, and in doing good to all men... If there is anything virtuous, lovely, or of good report or praiseworthy, we seek after these things.”

–Thirteenth Article of Faith

A Community of Saints

Adherence to the Honor Code creates a community of saints where the Spirit may be in greater abundance.

A Demonstration of Love

Observance of the Honor Code allows students to show love for the Savior. It also provides a proving ground to see if students will be faithful in small things so that they might receive greater blessings.

A Light to the World

Observance of the Honor Code and the dress and grooming standards furthers the work of the Church by providing an example to the world.

A Protection Against the Storm

Observance of the Honor Code helps students to be in right places doing right things. It provides a place of peace, refuge and safety both for the individual and the community. It also preserves the good name of the College and the Church.

Widow's Mite

Widow's Mite

Sacred tithing funds pay for over half of your tuition. While studying at a CES institution, it is crucial to remember the faithful members who support you in your education, many of which may never set foot on a church school campus. President Hinckley, referring to a widow in the Philippines, said:

"You will violate a sacred trust with the widow woman I mentioned, and with all of us, if you fail to take advantage of the great opportunity that is yours here to learn in order that you might go forth to serve...."

Watch this video produced by the church and ponder what it means to be given such an incredible opportunity to study at LDS Business College.
