Objective of this training is to provide overview on key production sensitivity aspects. Every individual needs to undergo the training and make themselves aware of production do’s and don’ts.

In this training program we will not be covering detailed production/ITIL processes. Please refer to “Green by Design (GBD) – Ops Blueprint” to understand and learn more about SmartOps processes.
