⛶ All new systems should be enrolled in the Monitoring system.

⛶ All application processes being turned over to Operations should have passed testing Certification.

⛶ Application Run Books are required for Operational Batch Processing.

⛶ Any data patch going in production should be approved by production management team. Approval should be received as part of Change Control Process, if not then the approval from Production management team is mandatory.

⛶ Any data patch for Functional (Positive / negative) must go through testing certification.

Before making updates in production, verify the data volume or number of records against the Business Continuance Volume (BCV) or its equivalent. If there is no testing evidence, present the associated risks for approval.
