Proceeds of Crime	Property derived from or obtained, directly or indirectly, from crime.
Instrumentality	Any property used or intended to be used, in any manner, wholly or in part, to commit a criminal offence.
Property	Assets of every kind, corporeal or incorporeal, moveable or immovable, tangible or intangible, and legal documents evidencing title to assets.
Confiscation	The permanent deprivation of funds or other assets by order of a competent authority or a court, including forfeiture.
Freeze	Prohibit the transfer, conversion, disposition or movement of any property, equipment or other instrumentalities on the basis of an action initiated.
Seize	Prohibit the transfer, conversion, disposition or movement of property. Competent authority takes control/possession but not ownership.
Non-conviction based confiscation	Confiscation when a criminal conviction is not required.
