Shift Patterns

The shift allocation process has been agreed with the CWU and will be based on Advisor Preferences and Business need.

Whilst we're aiming to give as many people as we can their 1st preference, that's dependant on the shifts chosen by everyone. It's important that you give equal consideration to your 2nd and 3rd preferences, as we can't give any guarantees.
