Next Steps

• Day, mid and flexible through-night advisors will select 3 preferences from a selection of available shift patterns
• If you currently work a day shift, you're free to select preferences for through-night shifts and vice versa. However, please keep in mind that we can't make any guarantees
• Through-night advisors currently on a fixed shift (fixed start and finish times, fixed days off) will also have the option to select 3 shift patterns, but you will be allocated a fixed through-night shift if you select one as your first preference. Please note, if you select a non-fixed shift as your first preference and you're allocated this, it will override any current fixed shift arrangement.
• The shift allocation process has been agreed with the CWU and will be based on Advisor Preferences and Business need
• Unless you want us to, we won't change your contracted weekly working hours. If you're currently part-time, you're free to select full-time preferences and vice versa
• Attendance patterns will be changed in IEX, with a maximum notice period of 12 weeks
• All new entrants will start on one of the new attendance profiles, to help maintain advisor coverage against customer demand
