Check for any abnormal noise coming from the hoist during operating procedure.

Check the up and down limit switches are functioning satisfactory.

Maintenance Inspection Monthly

Inspect the wire or chain for any nicks, cracks gauges kinks or cuts also check the chain with chain limit gauge.

Inspect the brake mechanism for wear and if required adjust it properly.

Inspect the top and bottom hooks for wear, stretch or looseness.

Inspect the hoist wiring for damage.

Inspect all screws and bolts for looseness and tighten if necessary.
