The fundamental problem in many companies today is an inability to adapt to current changes in the Global competitive market of the 21st Century.  Many companies change only when their Dissatisfaction (or discomfort) with the status quo becomes so great that they can no longer tolerate the results (and missed opportunities) that come from practicing old and established ways.  


Growing and successful companies today are those that have embraced their dissatisfaction, encompassed change and developed a process and culture of continual improvement.
