  • What makes you come alive?
  • What are your innate strengths?
  • Where do you add the greatest value?
  • What do you want your life to stand for?
  • What will be the contribution of my life?

This short video will give you an overview of your role

Bringing the culture to life

Bringing the culture to life

Please take a couple minutes to view this video and capture the thoughts you have about observing culture in action, catching people doing things right, and casting a shadow that will engage and inspire others.

Please write down 3-4 attributes you would like to amplify and promote in the shadow that you cast

Please read and reflect on the following questions to help you capture the 3-4 attributes (mindset and behaviors) you would like to promote as a part of your shadow:

  • Reflect on the people and leaders that you admired throughout your life. As you think about their shadow- what attributes or qualities of theirs did you admire the most?
  •  Reflect on the "ideal-shadow" that you would like to be known for. If you were projecting this ideal shadow today:
    • What would you be doing differently?
    • How would you be acting/behaving differently?
    • How would people experience you differently?
  • What gaps do you have between the shadow that you currently cast versus the ideal shadow that you would like to cast?
  • What mind-set and behaviors do you need to focus-on, be more aware of, or practice  to promote an even more effective shadow?
