My task is to hopefully open your eyes… to give you information that might challenge your perceptions of breastfeeding.

Your task is to discuss the statements and identify which ones are true and which ones are false.

  • Breastfeeding will make my breasts saggy.
  • Breastfeeding uses approximately 500 calories per day.
