Building your robot

What are you hoping to learn from this course?

First we need to build a drive. When you have a good drive, your robot can get anywhere efficiently. After we build the drive, then we work on the arm. The arm can be whatever you want. There are many solutions to any problem.

The drive is more important than the arm?

Programming your robot

Sensors can be programmed using the "SensorValue[sensorName]". You can do anything with this, including obtaining the value or comparing the values to much more.

What type of variable is SensorValue?

PID stands for Proportional, Integral, Derivative. Using PID helps the robot know what you are wanting to do, using the past to maintain the motors, and using what it needs to do to set the motors. It is very intelligent.
