Let us introduce you to the company:

Kydia incorporated is based in north suburb of Chicago and we focus on two services:


  1. We built websites for restaurants with online ordering features (also called: ROL customers as Restaurant OnLine)
  2. We have our BeyondMenu portal, where we put lot of restaurant menus on our website so customers can place online order through us. We also called this kind of customer BM customer (BM stands for BeyondMenu). Click on the link above to check out the website.

About our customer service

As mentioned before: you're our first line of contact with our customers. So whatever you do, is going to represent us. We have our core values, which can help you to understand our approach. Here is a quote, which we all agree with:

About our business model

Now that you know how we handle our clients, let us give you an insight how we're making money:

  1. When a customer finds our website and places an order we take a percentage from sales (3% to 5%)
  2. Our Restaurants OnLine we charge a 

    $25 annul fee, 3% online order commission, and $0.12 per fax

  3. For BeyondMenu customers, we take 5% online order commission, no annual fee, no setup fee. Purely commission based.
