Chapter 3: Alpha and Processing Customer Applications

Activity 2. Match the following sections in the Alpha Summary screen to the circumstances that best describe them:

  • ID# and Name
    This is the customers unique WooHoo ID identifier
  • Tax Types
    You can view what the customer is linked for (INC, SLS)
  • Bring up Date
    When you need to follow up by a certain date
  • The Alert Window
    Provides a snapshot on missing information
  • Fee Model
    You can view how the customer has applied
  • Customer Details
    This part will show the customers email and phone number
  • Notes
    This section allows you to add notes to the customers file
  • Reset Password
    By clicking on this you will reset the customer’s password
  • Status and Scraped Answered
    Indicates what status they are on and if they have completed the scraped questions.
  • Case Manager
    You can view here the case manager that has been assigned to the customer
