DTSI Employee Satisfaction and Engagement Survey

Dear Employee:

As part of DTSI Group’s commitment of continuous improvement and to deliver a defined solution to the challenges and opportunities within the organization, we will be launching an Employee Climate Survey that will be conducted over the next two weeks starting today until October 13, 2017.

The survey consists of 123 questions and should take approximately 25-30 minutes to complete. You will not be required to identify yourself but in order to get the best possible interpretation of the results, you will be asked to provide some demographic information. We ensure that any result will not be attributed to specific individuals but is only intended to provide valuable feedback to the organization. This will help focus our efforts in the right areas that will deliver a defined improvement for our employees.

Once completed, a comprehensive analysis of data will be used to help us build a stronger organization that will drive our future success.
