Frappes Introduction

Cold Drinks – Frappes

The Aroma Cafe Frappe is a great alternative to coffee during the summer months.

They are fairly easy to make and with a bit of practise you will have them memorised in no time.

Flavours

Our Frappes are available in the following flavours:

  • Coffee
  • Chocolate
  • White Chocolate
  • Mango Chai
  • Mango
  • Strawaberry
  • Mandarin, Orange & Passionfruit

Powdered Frappes and Fruit Frappes

There are two different types of Frappes. Powdered Frappes and Fruit Frappes.

The powdered frappes are:

  • Coffee
  • Chocolate
  • White Chocolate
  • Mango Chai

The fruit frappes are:

  • Mango
  • Strawberry
  • Mandarin, Orange and Passionfruit

How To Make Powdered Frappes

Coffee – Chocolate –  White Chocolate – Mango Chai

1.  Fill an Aroma PET cup with ice (approx 300g) and then empty it into a blending jug



2.  Add 150ml of full cream milk (unless the customer has asked for soy or skim)



3.  Add 2 scoops of frappe mix. If you do not have a scoop for the powdered frappes, please contact the Aroma Cafe Support Office.



4. Place the lid on the blending jug and blend on low for 20 seconds

5.  Fill PET cup and serve with lid and straw if takeaway. Fill glass and serve with straw if dine-in.

How To Make Fruit Frappes

Mango – Strawberry – Mandarin, Orange & Passionfruit

1. Fill an Aroma PET cup with ice (approx 300g) and then empty it into a blending jug



2. Add 100ml water



3. Add 100ml of fruit mix



4. Place the lid on the blending jug and blend on low for 20 seconds

5. Fill PET cup and serve with lid and straw if takeaway. Fill glass and serve with straw if dine-in.

Milkshakes

Milkshakes Introduction

MILKSHAKES INTRODUCTION

A classic drink and for good reason! A creamy, ice cold milkshake can really hit the spot.

Milkshakes are available in the following flavours:

  • Chocolate
  • Strawberry
  • Spearmint
  • Vanilla
  • Banana

How To Make A Milkshake V1



1. Fill stainless steel cup with milk to the first round indent



2. Add 50ml of syrup (chocolate, vanilla, banana, spearmint or strawberry)



3. Add one scoop of ice cream



4. Place on mixer for 60 seconds



5.1 For dine-in orders, line the glass with syrup, pour and serve with a straw.



5.2 For takeaway orders, line 500ml Aroma PET cup with syrup. Fill and finish off with a dome lid and straw.


Note:

DO NOT top up milkshake with milk. If you have used the right measurements you should not have to top up your milkshake.
