We sell a lot of parts for a range of Panasonic products - For more information about Panasonic, you can go to https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Panasonic.

The accessories site looks similar in navigation to the Service site. Once logged in, you'll want to click on "Product Search".
From here, there are two options. You can search by model number (remember to use the BASE model, ie. NN-ST989, not NN-ST989SUWEJKL and then search for your model).
You can also choose a category (Like "Trim Kits" and search from there for the compatible option.
Parts are Service pieces that are needed for repairs on the machine. Accessories are finished products that are replaceable on the machine. Let's go through a few now to test your knowledge of which is which.
The end of Panasonic part numbers are very important. You'll see an AP/CP at the end of part numbers, and likewise APH/CPH at the end of model numbers, dictates whether they are American or Canadian production. The model ending and part number ending MUST match - so watch the diagram for the ending you need for your model before giving the customer a part number.
Panasonic has TWO lookup sites for us. One is PAN - the standard Panasonic Lookup Site. This includes only SERVICE PARTS, not accessories.
For PNS, the 2nd site, it includes ONLY ACCESSORIES. Anything that is a finished product - handsets, camera accessories, DVD software, Etc.
These accessories will show up on the PAN site as well, but the part numbers will not be correct.
The only option in this case is to email Panasonic directly.
