In this unit we will be using some tools and techniques to produce a concrete deliverables. First you to gather the necessary information to develop a written scope statement, you must be able to break up the key project deliverables into smaller components and identify the activities that have to be performed.  Estimate the time required for each activity and take a note of the sequences that is going to be followed in doing those activities.
