COD Cheatsheet

Can I COD this?

Picking up at the same branch as stock location

If the customer is looking to pick up a part as a COD order and the part is IN STOCK at the pick up branch

You need to place the order on a manual hold (Do NOT put "please release for payment at pickup".) and give the customer the order number to give at the front counter.

Example: Part is in stock at branch 30, and the customer would like to pick it up at 30.

Picking up at another branch

If the customer wants to pick up the part at a location other than the one where stock is available...

You need to place the order for Will Call in the branch specified with "please release for pickup" in notes on line 22. Let the customer know their order number.

Example: Customer wants to pick up a part in branch 31 but the part is in stock in 30.

**Note: Parts can only be transferred from DC --> branches, not between small branches**.

Match the piece on the left to the answer on the right. (Drag and Drop Right to Left). Be careful - some are tricky - make sure to read every one carefully.
