Fatigue Management

This course aims to assist you to manage your own fatigue. You will have a better understanding of the causes of fatigue; how to change your diet and exercise habits to control fatigue and how to maintain healthy sleeping habits to keep you alert and safe.



What is Fatigue?

It's a physical or mental feeling, when YOU feel weak, slow or sleepy. It reduces alertness and performance.

What are the Symptoms of Fatigue?
