Welcome to the Leadership Essentials section.

Please read and respond to each statement using the rating scale to indicate your perceived level of expertise for each one. We encourage you to be as honest as possible as your responses will be combined with those of your Manager for the creation of customized development recommendation and action plan.

Use the following rating scale to indicate your  level of experience for each of the following statements:

1 = Emerging; new or inexperienced

2 = Skilled; able to do this with minimal supervision

3 = Advanced; able to do this without supervision

4 = Master; able to do this without supervision and can train others
