During the "Food Truck Challenges", you will be selecting where to park your Food Truck in each of the cities you will be traveling through. Please make sure you research each location, and that can defend each of your parking selections.

Here in Boston....

You are going to have the opportunity to park your food truck at one of the four major colleges in Boston on day one, and at a major tourist attraction day two. Be sure that you can defend your answer for your choice. Make sure you complete research as to where you want to park both days. 

Appeal to your customers, and make sure you're finding ways to incorporate the Boston Theme.

New York Introduction


In New York...

You will have the option of picking one of five major tourist locations to park your truck at. Each of the five locations has it's positives and negatives. Think about which one would most benefit your style of business, and how customers will reach you in that specific location. 


Where would you like to park your food truck in New York City?

  • Central Park
  • PATH Center (next to the World Trade Center)
  • Outside of Grand Central Station
  • Outside of Madison Square Garden

You've been asked to serve food at one of the major productions on Broadway for one evening show. Choose one show presently on Broadway, that you would like to be the chef for! Be sure to explain why you chose that specific production!
