 The World Bank Group(WBG) is not subject to the laws of any one of their member countries.  Therefore, the WBG has a special obligation to define the roles, obligations and rights of its staff members.

 The manner in which staff members conduct themselves with clients, partners, vendors, and fellow staff members collectively form the WBG’s reputation.
