This regards the rules of our group and making sure you are aware of them and know them.

Rules 1-10

RULE 1 - ALWAYS BE POLITE

As expected we are a charity fundraising group, we must show our highest standards of manners. Being polite costs nothing so why wouldn't we be it? 

RULE 2 - ACTIVITY IS ALWAYS IMPORTANT

We do a lot of updating and planning, during this we require as much participation as possible from you.
If you can't for whatever reason then please let your team leader know ASAP. 

RULE 3 - APPROPRIATE COSPLAYS

Our job is to entertain families and children, therefore its obvious that our costumes are to be appropriate to kids. You don't want them to be "sexy" or " broken" likewise with you want them to look as likeable and recognisable as possible. So if you can try to avoid the cheap copies - Ask the others they can show you cheap alternatives. 

RULE 4 - PAY ATTENTION TO THE CHAT AND PAGES!

So there's a lot of social media events and pages that we control and understandably it can get confusing. So we don't expect you to keep up with all and watch them religiously. But with new updates we do expect you to at least acknowledge them and participate if its asked. 

RULE 5- OBEYING THESE RULES AND INSTRUCTIONS

Didn't you hate when your family used to tell you this. Well now you're new family is telling you this too. If you are given an instruction from your admins and deputy then you HAVE to do it. These instructions will be for everyone's safety and to stop any confusion.

RULE 6- ONCE WARNED, TWICE GONE!

Once you have been warned there are no second chances. So you better reconsider your actions. To be warned by us takes a lot of rule breaking so....yeah think about what you're doing so we don't have to kick you out!

RULE 7- RESPECTING EACH OTHER

We are all in this together, and all representing the same thing so why wouldn't we be nice and helpful to each other. We are all equals in this even with different job roles. So have a little respect for your fellow Smilers. 

RULE 8- YOU DO NOT REMOVE, ONLY MANAGEMENT DOES!

There may be a time where someone has broken a rule or you simply do not get along. Well DO NOT EVER kick or remove them. You should tell your management team who will them deal with them. 

RULE 9 - ACTING PROFESSIONAL AT EVENTS

When you are attending an event please remember that you are representing the group. You may be with your friends having fun but you are also doing a business event. 


RULE 10 - THE MOST IMPORTANT RULE, HAVE FUN!

True or False: I can't be active or attend an event, I've told my helper so I don't need to do anymore.

  • What about your team leader? They need to know right?

True or False: After an event has finished I'm going to take killer selfies with my friends, because I can!

  • Yeah totally go for it! Ask a helper they could help you too!

SUSPICION OVER RULE BREAKING?

Feel suspicious over someone possibly breaking the rules. Well what do you do?

If you think that someone broke a rule and caused harm, hurt, or issues.
